Andreas (if I accidentally typed his name as "Andrea", I'm sorry OTL) is a man who is a scientist for the Bounty Hunters, but because of Melody's influence, is helping the gijinkas. His importance in Melody's backstory was explained by me a few pages back, here. ((The first part is a bonus part about Breloom and Stantler, so you could continue it if you wish))
As for "That man," I'm not sure who you're talking about, unless you actually meant Andreas.
