I knew about Mewtwo's change but not the others. I also heard about another Eevee evolution pokemon. So that makes a total of 7 forms that Eevve can evolve into? :) So stoked about this game, can't wait until it comes out! >.<
Exactly. It's funny and sad at the same time, that all they did was put Mega in front of the Pokemon's name, cuz it makes me wonder if they could've come up with a more original way to show the Mega transformations.
Yeah, it does sort of have a Digimon feel to it. Especially since the names of the new forms just have the word "Mega" in front of the Pokemon's original name.
True... I'll try to look at the positives of it.
Edit: I just saw your updates, and I REJOICE! If it's only in-battle, then I'm totally cool with that! That makes it easier to totally avoid the Mega Evolutions, which to me sound kinda like Digivolution since Pokemon can go backwards from the Mega stage.

It is a little weird. But with new things like this, I always try to look at the positive aspects of it. For instance, I like that Ampharos' new form makes it an Electric/Dragon-type.
Well, the game is changing. It could be the designers thought that those Pokemon needed an edge to keep up. Personally I like Absol getting a new form. I like Absol, but I've always felt like it could use some sort of boost.
No... I feel so betrayed... I liked Lucario as it was, and Ampharos and Absol too! (Never had a Blaziken or Mawhile or I'd be mad about them too.) Granted, they look really cool... but I just feel so betrayed. They were perfect as they were, and then Pokemon just HAD to go and mess with their designs and come up with this?
