Ah Hyper Beam, one of the classic moves of the game. You know there are some Pokemon that don't need to be fully evolved in order to learn Hyper Beam. Dragonair for example (or at least that's how it was in the earlier generations).

Did you know that in the starting games that the full chramander evolution could learn hyper beam

Yeah I realized I missed some and will fix it thax for the input if I have time I'll label the pokemon that can learn by level up
