Three things come to mind. One:To me Dawn was my fav next to Misty Two: (may be spoiler not 100% tho)Dawn might be making an appearance in the anime I'm not sure I'll be happy if she does or even if misty comes back Three: that pic is saying "Barry run run so far away that she will get tired of looking for you"

I think Dawn did return in a few episodes that have already aired in Japan.
On another note, that was kind of the vibe I was getting from that image. Barry should probably dye his hair and move to another country.
The greatest fear is that of the unknown.
