It seems like it sucks, but things are just really busy. =/ As far as the scholarship goes, I'm sure there's gotta be some other scholarships/grants you can get to get to college =3
I didn't get my permit until I was 18 XD; Then again, I didn't really go much of anywhere. I don't think I got my license until 20. And I still don't have a job XD;; I'm going to go looking after graduation, which isn't too far away.
I'm sure things will work out after the obstacles clear out =) You can do it! =D
