My comment: The overall wallpaper is good. I like how you gave time to actually vector something. The color blends really well. Too well as a matter of fact. It's very bright. And the sparkles at her back is err, a little unnoticeable. but hmm, yes. Also, at first glance, I actually thought she had a blanket or something xD Sorry bout that. Try putting solid colors?
Her hair.... doesn't really blend with the background. Try blurring it a little bit Her skin is a little too... white-ish pink? It's too same colored. monochromatic? Hmmm.
But good wallpaper all in all.
