ako sauna.. 2nd year ko... halos everyday.. haha.. og everyday pud ko maka mata og 12am or 1am or 2am... hahha...
maybe a TIP: pagtakilid kung matulog ka! :D

Yeah, I experienced something similar too. D: But I knew it's real, but I didn't see shadow or hear voices or sound, I just can't move and the first thing I try to move is my arm....:O
