And I know that you added "Tutorial" already and adding "Tutorials" seems redundant but it helps if you add the main category tags (Tutorials, Images, and Resources), so when you click on the "Tutorial" button in the intro, it'll link back to this tutorial :D Thanks!

Actually I posted this pretty fast because I did this tutorial long ago. It was in Spanish so took me a lil while to translate it ^^;

I actually have tried to use the pen tool to make renders but I always fail, is too hard for me! (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ so I just keep using the polygonal lasso >_>;

You're fast in posting in this world, that's impressive.
I learnt a similar way of extracting, it used pen tool without altering the BG. It's nice to see other versions of extracting.

I really envy you people who go and extract/vector a scan, I don't know why I never do that...
I'm sorry, don't mind that.
