First: The worlds is like our MyOtaku site. We can post anything, I guess. It depends on how you want to use it, from personal blogs to fanfics. We can create up to 4 worlds, I think.
Second: To update your avi, go to the Profiles like via the Profiles in the backroom.
Third: To submit pics/works, click the fanart/wallpaper or comic link. A submit button will appear. I think there's a guidelines link in there as well.
Fourth: Yes, they show both you subscribed to and those who subscribed to you.
