LOL.... Sometimes when its popped it doesn't hurt anymore. Especially when the "eye" or the main thing that makes up the boil is completely removed. In my case, I didn't even noticed that the scar left is quite big...
I just hope it won't be the hard way... my body is not ready!!! XD
I also don't believe in the end of the world. While I believe in God, I don't think I'll be believing that God wants us all to suffer. I would prefer a scientific explanation for this phenomenon.
That really does suck! I hope it doesn't have to come down to the hard way. I don't believe in 2012 or the end of the world but the planets are suppose to align on that day I believe. So maybe somethig will happen since it hasn't done that in a very long time, at least that's what I hear, but I don't think it will be the end of the world.
I believe it reduces the size... although I myself doubt that the main "eye" of the boil will disappear. Popping the boil hurts and I can't forget how painful it is... But if it doesn't go away, I'll have to other choice but to do it the "hard way"... D:

Aww! I am sorry about that darn boil. Does the warm compress just reduce the size or help it pop... I don't know a lot about them but I hope it goes away. I have seen one before and they don't seem pretty so I bet they feel awful like you said. And yes we did survive! We better have becuase it was my cousin's golden birthday today XD Take care and hope you feel better soon *hugs*
