Philippines is still under the whether and some provinces are experiencing heavy rains... you know SarahPatricia? their place experienced landslide (as she mentioned in her world post)
honestly, philippines has many issues like carnapping, terrorist threats, wet summer, etc... but Philippines is a beautiful place and has many foods to check out... I suggest you go straight to provinces... people in cities here in the Philippines are nice too though not all of them are "trust-worthy" (if you know what I mean)
