Well that's what he looks like when we meet him in here. Remember that his human body died in a car crash. Also he's a demon lord so he can choose whatever age he wants to be. ;D
It's a good sketch he looks too young to be a dad though but usually anime character dads are younger then they are and that includes anime moms :)
