If four worlds are too many i apologize... but my beloved land of Oz needs a Renaissance, in a matter of words. So, welcome, traveler from beyond the rainbow, welcome, to Oz...

The Awakening of The Waltz- Finale

Jill hesitantly opened her eyes. She was in front of Jack Pumpkinhead's house. It looked like someone had set fire to it a day or so ago. She turned her gaze to the Waltz.
"Why did you save me?" she asked him.
". . . I don't know," the Waltz's eyes were downcast. She noticed that on his wing, there was a bloody crust where a wound was made long before.
"Your wing," she said, concerned."I-is it alright?"
He considered it as if he had only just now noticed it. "It's OK," he said.
"Are you sure?" Jill looked into his eyes. The sun was setting by now. "I-I could..."
The Black Waltz took her hands in his. She could feel the warmth sneak in under her skin. He gazed into her green eyes.
"For you," he started." For you, my love... I'm fine."

Illua walked into the small dungeon roomand looked at the prisoners. Lita had added to the collection a man-sized praying mantis (Dr. T.E. Wogglebug, H.M.), a wind-up soldier (Tik-Toc), and a young woman wearing a rainbow dress (Polychrome, daughter of the Rainbow). She looked over to the original prisoners and was slightly miffed at what the Skeleton Princess was doing. She was whispering, too low for her to hear, and the black Waltz seemed to be mesmerized by what she had to say.
"Waltz," Illua commanded. "Why don't you kill the three in that cage?"
The Waltz stiffened. "No," he said, low and thoughtful.
"Kill them. It's not a request, it's an order."
The Waltz fingered the keyring at his side, and unlocked Jill's cage. he held her close to his body. "No," he repeated.
Illua drew her sword and advanced. "If you don't then i shall take both of your lives!"
The Waltz teleported out as Illua swung. The cage door swung back in place. Illua locked it as Kakashi woke up.
"Hunh?" he looked out from under his hat. "Dammit! Where is that princess???"

Jill woke up with a slightly fuzzy feeling. She heard Kakashi yelling.
"YOU IDIOT VEGETABLE!" he was shouting. " Jill's one of the undead! Only a Death spell can wake her up!!! Not Life!"
"S-sorry..." Jack was cowering. Darnit... Jill thought. He's a red mage... how can i marry him like that?
"It won't matter what spell you cast," a viera rattling a keychain told Jill that she was in a cage."in a while, you'll all be resting the enternal slumber, real or not..."
"What do you mean 'real'?" Kakashi demanded.
"Well, I see that undead lass," The viera's eyes glinted."And the jack-o-Lantern as mere shadows, storybook characters. Mages like you-" she tilted her head to a winged mage near the back of the room-"And him as the simple puppets you were manufactured to be. But then again, everyone's someone else's puppet- until they cut the strings."
She walked out again, and Jill got up to observe the Black Waltz.

"Alright," the girl said."You're learning pretty fast, Jack."
"Thanks! But," Jack looked at her as seriously as he was able."When can I learn some of your shadow-magicks?"
"Those," she smiled."Are mine, and mine-"
"PRINCESS!" a black mage ran towards them.
"Halt!" on the other side, a young woman in military uniform- General Jinjur- strode up to them. "Madam, you are under arrest for illegal use of black magic-"
"The princess ain't goin' anywhere," Kakashi grabbed the girl." But to her home-HalloweenTown."
"Wha-?" Jack was confuddled.
"Jack, I guess it's time you learned my name," the girl smiled her wide, haunting smile."I'm Jill Skellington- First Daughter of The Pumpkin King."
A sudden peal of thunder resounded above them.
