Borgata Hotel Casino And Spa Welcomes Return Of Poker Next Week

MGM Resorts International Luxury Resort and Casino Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa will reopen its poker rooms at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 21, after closing earlier this year amid the coronavirus crisis. Borgata Poker will return with 30 social distance tables under the company's comprehensive health and safety protocols designed to protect its employees and customers.

"We are excited to reopen Atlantic City's market-leading East Coast poker destination," said Melonie Johnson, president and chief operating officer of Bogata Hotel Casino & Spa. "We've made some changes to enhance the customer experience, and we're excited to reintroduce the live poker and Bogata poker brands to a safer level."

All poker games will be live cash games on seven hand-held tables with polycarbonate barriers. Borgata's Bad Bit jackpot launches instantly, giving players the chance to lose their hands but win $100,000 in prize money. Hand sanitizer dispensers are installed throughout the poker room and frequently disinfect high touch points. Masks are required in all public places and no spectators are allowed in the poker room.

Health and Safety

Earlier this year, Borgata implemented MGM Resorts' "7-Point Safety Plan," a multi-layered set of protocols and procedures designed in conjunction with medical and scientific experts. The plan balances the high levels of customer service that customers expect from Borgata with an ever-evolving policy based on data, science and public health guidance. The plan's main initiatives include:
Staff screening, temperature checks, and COVID-19 related training.
Masks required for both employees and guests in all public spaces (provided free of charge).
Screen guests with limited casino access points and check their body temperature.
Physical distancing policy with floor guides that act as notifications.
For areas where physical distancing is difficult, we plan to reduce the risk by installing polycarbonate barriers or other measures.
It is a standalone hand washing station designed by MGM Resort conveniently located on the casino floor.
The cabin crew will wear a mask and gloves for each room cleaning and replace the gloves between rooms.
In addition to increasing and enhancing routine cleaning of rooms and public spaces based on CDC guidelines, we will utilize electrostatic sprayers in many large public spaces to ensure efficient application of disinfectants.
MGM has set up a process with its own internal team to respond if a guest or staff member tests positive for COVID-19. After visiting one of our accommodations, please let us know through our special email address ([email protected] ) if a guest tests positive. If they test positive, we will report them to our local health department immediately and help with contact tracing to support the health department investigator. 파워볼사이트 추천
