No clue to tell you the truth… it should just work. Your not doing anything wrong, the web address is correct, it may just be a bad connection. Sometimes Hyperlinks can work great and other times they are just poopy. D8
Don’t worry about trying to make it work. Everyone will just have to do it the old-fashioned way, Cut, Copy, and Past to there web search. LOL
