Keba Si Rota's Top 50 Countdown

Gingitsune OP
Watch the video here.
I couldn't find the anime's video, but I find the official music video. Sadly, the music video's visuals aren't anywhere near as pretty as the animation displayed in Gingitsune's opening. The bright music goes very well with the equally bright visuals. I guess you'll just have to take my word for it... or watch the series yourself.

Cardcaptor Sakura ED #2
Watch the video here.
This is the kind of music that reflects the mood of a gentle spring rain. And what do you know? That's exactly what's going on throughout this sequence. There isn't any real animation-- just stills fading in and out. It may not be the most entertaining ED, but at least the chill music works well with the stills.

#38
Yu Yu Hakusho ED #3
Watch the video here.
If Yu Yu Hakusho is known for one thing, it's not the music. The first thing that attracted me to this song is that it's the first Yu Yu Hakusho ED with a male singer. The sequence is also very good when it comes to foreshadowing. Who is that guy at the end? Friend or foe? Probably foe. I actually haven't gotten that far. DON'T YOU DARE SPOIL IT!

#37
Anohana ED #2
Watch the video here.
Many of you know, Anohana will get you misty-eyed. If you haven't cried during an episode, this sad-sounding song paired with joyful visuals will bring a tear to your eye. I couldn't find the actual video, so here's a fan-made video with the song in full. Have a listen, but make sure you've secured a box of tissues first.

#36
Sailor Moon Crystal ED
Watch the video here.
Sailor Moon Crystal has such beautiful visuals that it's kind of hypnotic. Its one and only ending sequence is no different. Usagi and Mamoru walking across a starry night sky evokes a dreamy feel to the ED, and the music enhances that.

#35
Blue Submarine No. 6 ED
Watch the video here.
It's no surprise that with Blue Sub's jazzy soundtrack that the ending music would be equally jazzy. The song is cool and steamy simultaneously. Most of the animation is colored in shades of blue, though occasionally there is orange, which takes advantage of the equally hot and cool nature of the song. There isn't a lot of animation, so I'm not quite sure why I like this one as much as I do. Maybe it's the reward at the end of seeing the animation in full color.

#34
Magi OP #1
Watch the video here.
Here's something to break up the monotony of laid-back endings. Magi's first opening is energetic, intriguing, and appealing. The music has an Arabian feel to it, which makes sense, considering it's an anime based on 1,001 Nights. The animation is so detailed that it's almost too much to take in all at once. I actually felt overwhelmed at first, but after a few watches, I began to notice things that I didn't remember seeing before. Of course, watching the actual series made it make more sense with each episode.

#33
Gurren Lagann ED #2
Watch the video here.
Here's another space-themed ED, but with a totally different outcome. The music is an energetic rock song that will get you pumped up. The song's reach-for-the-stars vibe is quintessential Gurren Lagann, and the star-filled image of protagonist Simon is really fun to look at.

#32
Escaflowne ED
Watch the video here.
The animation may be sparse, but the scenery is very pretty. At least I think so. What I really like about this ED is the song. It just makes me want to dance. Well, maybe not dance, but pretend to dance while sitting in my chair.

Sailor Moon ED #3
Watch the video here.
The first two Sailor Moon ending sequences were mellow songs, so I was pleasantly surprised when I first heard this peppy ending. The animation of our heroine, Usagi, walking through various places is simple, but things start to pick up as the song hits the chorus and Usagi starts running. It's an effective combination for this feel-good ED.
