so basically, i create a challenge and if my challenge gets the most entries, i win.. and/or if i enter someone's challenge, gotta win first place then i win the otakumitsukai prize...? lol... which category though..? fan art..? wallpaper..? doesnt matter..? XD

Wait what? I've reread this 3 times now and I'm not understanding what the challenge actually IS. Do you have to draw something? Make something? Cosplay? What is it exactly?
