Ms. Ruff still hadn't gotten over Rossiu's betrayal in the second half of Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Unfortunately, Rossiu did not exist in the real world. Therefore, she decided to take out her frustration on the next best thing: His American voice actor.
