Batou should check out Lanipator's other Yu Yu Hakusho Abridged episodes they had me laughing my ass of. He's got ep. 1-15 or 14 up right now on Youtube.
wow Someguy really starting to post the podcast faster great job. Also loved the rant on the article thankfully my dad readed the article and he wrote a email himself saying how as a father he thinks anime is a great way for kids to learn and develped. Great job guys.

Abridged series are always fun when done right, cause it makes fun of the series in juuust the right way that the fans have always wanted.
I've noticed there's a lot of man-giggling in this episode. Not to mention the South Park references.
Yep, sending angry yet composed letters work. My mom has had to do that a lot recently, and it really gets results.
The media is always ignorant. All they're looking for is a good story to post, honestly. The truth? Pssssh!
I'll be sure to write a letter and point out how this article is very insulting to me as an anime fan who does not watch porn and appreciates and loves anime for the story, art, music, and characters.

I’m a little disappointed that you guys did not use a Charlton Heston line for your caption entries. But other than that, I have no complaints. You pretty much hit the nail on the head when it came to that horrendous article.
Hey, Ichigo, you spoiled one of my entries for the caption battle; nice going; geez! Oh, and <3 <3 <3! Kidding; I don't dabble much in emoticons; I'm literate enough to fully express myself in actual words.
Ah, yes, the hentai/ecchi article; bah. Most stuff doesn't come to us overly sexualized; pervy fanboys/girls make it so. That guy seriously needs to do research. Or we could strap him down and make him watch some of this stuff he's up in arms about until he screams himself mad. (Aren't there two or three Overfiend movies?) And the picture they included with the article of the catgirl maid; man, way to put down some of my favorite cliches. That figure was pretty darn innocent compared with the stuff the author was citing. Yeah, I mean, at FYE, I've seen wrapped volumes of D.Grayman; I may live in Utah where what parents don't want kids seeing is higher, but man. Note to self; go hit link at Watercooler. I guess even MSNBC needed a break from election coverage.

That also is a piss-off article. That guy should be spammed with letters that will make him feel like a douche... hehehe... nothing like a good 'ol rant after a decrease in activity.

Yeah, the typical shorthand for Season/Episode is just 403, or 1022, etc. Its' quicker than taking up the space to write Season 10, Episode 22, or even S10E22. But anyway, I can understand how you would be confused by that, I was the first time I bought the video tapes.

I am continually offended by the perceptions of people who are not part of the otaku community who think they have the insight to write about us. Nobody should be allowed to write articles like that, representing a broad section of people, if they have not at some point been a part of our community.

...but the objection is acceptable. This has inspired me to maybe, possibly, write a chain letter. Then again, the recipients of a chain letter might not be as eloquently put as a few podcast readers may be. Eh.
Alright, just to get this out of the way [and I'm ashamed you of all folks don't know this]: MST had 197 episodes. Not...1,013. Though hot damn, I wish they did. But no, that's the common numbering system that practically EVERYONE uses. I listened to this with TimeChaser, and whenever Batou said "I think that means season, then episode", we both went "YES". Shame on you Ichigo. I think I know somebody who needs a time-out.
"Noo! Noo! It's not fair! Wah! I suppose you like him better! I hate you!" [If you can tell me what episode that's from, though, you'll get a clean slate. Go!]
