My own theory is that Chigo is locked away in a Mexican prison somewhere. (Even when I learned the real reason, I still subscribe to the fake-reason because it's just funnier that way.)
I think I started listening to The O podcasts a few episodes before Bato took off. What ever happened to this good ol' cast? Unless... THEY'RE MAKING A CAMEO NEXT PODCAST! It makes perfect sense if you're going down memory lane! It would be a conspiracy not too have them on now.

Heh, I had a feeling this was a repeat of the very first episode of the podcast. The 2006 hint was a bit of a giveaway. I've been around for a while but I don't think I started listening from the very beginning, so this is actually new to me. Ah, nostalgia. The good old days.
