Yeah. The first few episodes were great, but the rest of the show just wasn't on par.
At first I was determined to call this show 100% crap, but lately I've realized that the animation was really pretty good, and the music was well enough, so I can't be as derogatory toward it as I'd like to be. Hence the score change.
yeah, i agree on practically all your points- there wasn't much development at all in this show...
a lot of wasted potential. I mean the story line was AMAZING. Trapped in a video game world? I thought that it would be absolutely amazing, in my top 10...
but NOPE.
:P (still enjoyed watching it but it was pretty boring ^^)

I actually don't blame you for that score. After the first 2 or 3 episodes I was disappointed.

Yeah, it's pretty sad I like even .hack//SIGN better than this... But apparently there's a new show coming out this fall with a similar premise.
