Its understandable. Like I said before it was worth a try. She's not really developed yet and I don't have an endless pool of characters although I am looking to create a few for an original story. I don't have any more characters at this time but I will let you know when I do.
I guess I'm just not finding her that interesting to really want to try out an RP with to be honest. Do you have someone else maybe? I'm not really able to match her up with anyone that's on this list. :/

But at the same time I'm still not sure about wanting Nick to be the one to go through with this. He's not one that really tolerates shy people.
If I remember right she's one of your yu-gi-oh fandom characters. I'm sorry but I'm going to decline pairing Nick up with her. I don't want any of my adopts to be connected to fandoms. Sorry again.

I have an oc Felicia which I've barely developed. I've always wanted to develope a story for her but didn't have the wherewithal to do so. I'd be interested in a OTP with one of the characters, if possible.
You know how in anime's and manga's you get that feeling that two certain people should be a couple. Even if it doesn't happen that's who you ship together? That's what it is.
