Yui is the one that is the daughter of this big plantation owner and treats Hayami (the main character...I think that's spelled right) very badly. She's the one that started most of the bad things that happened to Hayami. It's because Hayami's parents (the doctors) didn't treat Yui's grandfather so he died (or something like that...I forget the details).
