Well, I kinda cheated. I used my old friends list from the old MyO and used the link there to go to their site. Then I clicked on their Portfolio link, which automatically brings you to their portfolio on VV. Then from VV, I just clicked "Add Subsriber" or whatever that little Heart With A Plus Sign is called.
There might be an easier and simpler way to find all your friends, but this is how I added everyone back on my new MyO list. And I just added the friends that updated at least once in three months and did replied on comments every once in a while. In otherwords, people that still participated on The O.
