Thanks, and I'm glad to hear that you didn't get hit too badly! We're okay, since we finally got our power back, and we're going to see how we can help those who need it.
It's just really sad to see the places where you grew up in ruins, and I really feel horrible for those people who live in towns like Little Egg Harbor, which is completely flooded and in the ocean. :(

Wow... I couldn't have gotten a more detailed description from a news reporter. This is a straight from you who experienced this. That devastation sounds horrible, Natsumichan!!! I'm really sorry for your town!! :(
In my case, we got hit up in Canada with wind and rain but we were overly prepared for something like losing power... It didn't happen or us though.. Only some fences were knocked down :/
I'm definitely gonna keep you and everyone who has suffered because of hurricane Sandy in my prayers!!! Please keep giving us updates on how you are doing^^
