well for me, I'm just using Bamboo Splash. It's really simple and not to expensive.

You can try looking at some others too, but I'm not sure what to recommend since I've just been using this simple one. XD
I recently got one. I'm using a Wacom Bamboo Capture. Typically any Wacom tablets would work but some are more i guess you can say professionals, but after playing with them you figure out how to use them. They also come with a bundle of programs to use like Autodesk Sketchbook.
