I want to try making a chocolate cake with courgette in. (Er, I think you would call them zucchini?), I tried some once and it was really nice and moist. Someone told me today that grated beetroot is a good addition to chocolate cake as well! I must have a day of experimental baking ahaha.

I've heard of the whole thing of chocolate and chilies going together, but I've never tried it. Probably because I'm not too keen on spicy stuff. ^^
