I found ColourLovers.com last night. It might be a better guide. Also if you search for "tutorial" here on the O, there are some guides that could help you.

ohh.. It can be my guide. haha. but instead of practicing, I end up making a website. xDD It was out of curiosity when I clicked the link beside the color samples. haha

It was no problem at all to help! That site has helped me out a lot. It's mostly for web design, but I used it to help me pick out colors for my entry to the Otaku Mascot Challenge.
