Sad isn't it? The first season was the boss too. How does Hei come from being such a serious, clean, straight faced and bad ass character in the first season, to a drunk yo? I don't think he even touched alcohol at ALL in the first season. He just isn't the type. When police or other contractors can spring on you at any moment, who would?
Too bad the second season was completely terribad. They had such a great premise, and ruined it. But that doesnt change that the first season is so damn cool.
I think the only thing I enjoyed about the second season was the opening song "Tsukikari no Michishirube".

I was just thinking yesterday too, that in his list of anime songs Ranma hasn't posted the opening to DtB yet, and it really should be there. And here you posted it!
Howling is such a great song.
I loooooove this show. And I freaking love Hei! As Lee, Hei, or BK201, he's awesome.
