Oh, I use www.online-image-editor.com or www.lunapic.com to animate stuff. :3 It's very simple. :]

the eye is so awesome! 8D I wish i could animate too... I'll figure out a way to work this stupid program i have, eventuallly.. XD

Nu, I used Microsoft Paint and www.online-image-editor.com (OIE has an animation wizard, but only allows 9 slides. If you want to do a long animation, I reccomend www.lunapic.com)
