Clicking on the "report/flag" button brought me to the normal report page. I filled out all the fields, but once I clicked "report this work" I was brought to the "hi" page.

When I reported a different work several months ago (March maybe?), it was taken down as well as the rest of the plagiarized work in the person's portfolio. So at the least, there was some progress in removing plagiarized work before.

It isn't supposed to happen, but it may as well since nothing gets done about reported works anyways.
