I usually see the whole Pokemon being paired thing with in Nuzlocke comics though(A few examples: Here, Here aaaand a tiny bit here)
I DON'T SEE MUCH ACTUAL POKEMON PAIRINGS OUTSIDE OF THOSE THINGS, THOUGH, BUT THAT'S PROBABLY BECAUSE I'M NOT INTERESTED IN LOOKING |D
