Well, I'm judging in 3 catagories, and you get a certain amount of points per catagory:
Artistic Ability [Up to 50 Points]
Use of OC in Battle Mode [Up to 40 points]
Creativity [Up to 10 points]
the total number of points you get is your score.

and... when I add up everyones points, the one w/ the highest score wins. :D
hum... o.o;; that sounds really complicated... xD
