I think you could easily get away with no text.
I believe the only requirement is that you alter the image from the original before you upload it under your name (such as textures, brushes, whatever).
I'm seeing some text along the left side, with the bottom of the letters along the left side (so you'd have to tilt it 90° counterclockwise to read it)

Try to make the Typo like these cards 1-2-3
The typo doesn't have to be a lot of words, it can only be 2 or 3 words that can describe the "feeling" that you want to show in your card.
I hope this will inspire you :)
