There are sometimes I think I would be a total emotional mess if there weren't people like you in the world. Honestly, I turn myself into a wreck more times then I care to count.
I made sure to put eeeeextra emphasize on the Mockingjay because the movie sort of cast it into the background when it was a central symbol in all three books. Then I just had fun messing with the colours.

I think these look pretty good. The typo stands out a bit too much in 1 and 4 though (maybe it's the bright white?), in my opinion, but I like typo style you used. The text in icon 10 was unique and I like it :)
Overall, the colors are pretty nice is your colored icons. Especially the ones with a red color scheme.
You did really well with the cuts of the images you used to make these icons.

I don't think the issue is your lack of quality/work, I think it's more along the lines of users being busy and not being able to spend much time commenting. I know I've had a steady decrease in the number of comments/feedback I get on my submissions, so I wouldn't take anything personal or to seriously.
Trust me, these look fantastic, Momma. I especially love all of the different variations of the Mockingjay you have. They're all very pretty! <3
