Exactly. It is exactly like the becoming a mod post. If I notice someone and feel that their behavior is polite and friendly, among other things, then I keep an eye on them to see how they handle certain situations. Then, based on that, if I think they could do a good job, I recruit them to work as temporary mods for chat.

This sounds like some fun. I also like the way you are doing it in chat. I haven't been in there and hope people aren't rude. :(

I know. People need to learn to use the save chat function and send me logs. Or simply use the block tools that they have available. Can't always have someone around to fix things. :/

That's a nice idea, I don't think that there are enough mods to go around on chat. It'll be a very good thing, I believe.
