. . .All I have to say is; take one look at either of the wallpapers and you can tell that Iruka obviously didn't steal that wallpaper. The difference in the quality is so blatantly different! One is vectored while the other is a screenshot. =P
That's part of why I used the report as an example. It's quite clear that they didn't bother to look very far into it. I get this kind of report, all the time, unfortunately.

I assume you mean the screenshot instead of the wallpaper. lol But yeah, you can't own a screenshot from an anime. Only the creator can do that. =P
