sometimes i'll listen to music in bed, or read. sometimes i'll start a cd, like phantom of the opera, then wake up later to find i'm at the end of the cd, with drool on my mp3 player. so i've tried to avoid listening to music. i don't want to ruin my mp3 player.

I'm glad you finally got some sleep. At least a little sleep. Can you sleep with music on? Maybe you could try ocean wave stuff. IDK.

Oooh... sleeplessness is not fun. I have been there, but I didn't have the option of sleep aids. I couldn't afford them... *sigh*
