Hmm, when I was dehydrated, I felt weak, dizzy, nauseous, and too hot, but getting water helped. I wish I could ride my bike to places...but I live miles away from anyplace I could ride to.

I guess keep drinking water, maybe take some sort of aspirin for good measures and rest up. Hope you feel better really soon ;u;
