Everyone enter into the world where all are welcome. This will become a place of thoughts, stories, and who knows what else...

Day 8

So, before I begin I just am sending out a YOU CAN DO IT! To all the high school students out there coming into the last month of school... I know I've had several ISP's due this week and it has been crazy. Just now students that YOU ARE NOT ALONE! I am in the same boat as you! Anyways...
08. The most annoying character

This was so easy for me. I read this and thought for but a brief second and smiled to myself... MISA MISA FROM DEATH NOTE!

I really do not like her character, she is totally dependent on Light, and is so altruistic in her love towards him it makes me sick. (Though I love Death Note), Misa is annoying, and her English voice actor was annoying, and her whole existence is annoying. Apparently I do not know any other words than annoying, but that is fine because this is the most annoying character I have ever seen in an anime/manga or anywhere. GAH @_@ Just thinking about her this early in the morning makes my brain explode from frustration!!!
Later Otakus!!!

Day 07

07. A manga you disliked enough to stop reading

I actually took no time at all to think about this one... Honestly it was the Wallflower.

I watched the anime and totally loved it, so I went to borrow the manga from the Library... and .... absolutely hated it... I don't like a lot of Shoujo manga. There is something about the way the characters are drawn, and the stories sometimes all feel the same (except FRUBA ^_^), and, I don't know... I totally distracted myself. Anways, I really didn't like it, and I'm sorry Wallflower manga fans everywehere, it just was not my taste.

Day 6

I know, I didn't post over the weekend... but I had an insane amount of homework to do. Students graduating this year will feel my pain as the teacher's squeeze everything into the last month....Anyways...
06. Your favorite character

This was really hard to decide, I have favourite characters from favourite anime and manga... so I decided to write them all down and slowly do a process of elimination this morning... In the end my favourite character was... Kira Yamato.

Kira Yamato is from a manga (and anime) series known as Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny and even appears in Gundam Seed Astray...
I find him to be very sweet and kind, and even though he has to participate in a war he tries not to kill anyone :D He also has a robotic bird that he loves named Tori!! (I even named my budgie Tori). Mind you, I think it is called Birdie in the English anime... I also just love the way he is drawn... I am a big fan of the purple eyes, not gonna lie... Anyways for those of you who have not seen the Gundam Seed series... GO WATCH IT RIGHT NOW!!

Day 05

05. A manga you would recommend to everyone

This is a tough one because I love so many manga series...
I think I would have to go with my favourite shoujo manga... Which is...
FRUITS BASKET!

Now for all the boys out there thinking... a shoujo? Seriously? I must say that I know many boys who enjoy this series as well as girls! So give it a shot! Bit of a spoiler alert if you already know nothing about the series but I already knew it when I started reading it so you have the option to read below or not to ;)

The story revolves Tohru Honda and the mysterious Sohma family. You see, she discovers the Sohma family secret, if a member falls under stress, is sick, or is hugged by a member of the opposite sex... They turn into the animals of the Zodiac! And that's all I'm going to say...

Day 04

04. A character you feel you are most like (or wish you were)

This is a very tough question, I have no idea which character I am like xD So I suppose I will do the character I wish I was... Which would be... (stares at computer for a half-hour or longer) NAUSICAA!!!

Nausicaa (for those who do not know) is one of Hayao Miyazaki's creations. There is a manga and a movie under the name Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. At least I think the movie has the same title... Now I'm not sure.
I digress, Nausicaa has been a big inspiration to me because she will always do what she believes is right. She tries to protect the environment (which is a major theme in Miyazaki's films), and she is just awesome. So go read the book!!!
That's it for me today, I must be off to school!
