Aww, you could do it if you tried! Especially if the costume is more modern, like Denmarks<3 You can find jackets and shirts and all kinds of neat stuff at thrift stores, try looking there. even if the item needs slight modification, it's a looot easier that way :)

hahahaha it's just amateur(sp) stuff, like cutting up old shirts and stuff... I made our Rin and Len vocaloid costumes, which are posted on my world, a few pages back :)
