I so understand what you mean about taking a driver's license. I, myself, am afraid.
I'm not very skilled and I fear about some drivers. @_@ But you know, I fear we might end up getting one because driving to places (especially to work or to go shopping with you're mom) is better having a car rather than waiting for a public transportations that most of the times aren't smelling nice, heh.
Definitely take you're time, whenever you're ready, do it. Just don't wait until you're too old to drive though, heh. XD
Oh my, you're bedroom looks so gorgeous! I just love that poster and the movie frame around it! It's a nice touch of colour to your white bedroom. Very nice!

I get all my newer torrents from Tokyo Toshokan. Just search for Hyakko, and you'll find releases up to ep7. (Ep6 is REALLY good -- a nice first 2/3, and then it shifts to absolute crackhouse insanity for the final 1/3. It's great.)

Fanfiction is only scary if you find a bad one. ^^ Sadly though, you do have to wade through a sea of crap to find good ones. >>;
Awww, don't give up on getting your license. Heh, although if everyone had the same reservations as you, the roads wouldn't be as clogged and there'd be a lot less pollution.

I do love Ikea furniture . . . our house has . . . three pieces of it, plus a couple frying pans and knives and stuff! Love that stuff . . .
I dunno, driving gets easier. It's worth doing in the long run and you know that - it'll happen.
