I've recently come across an art thief myself. Well, Dicer let me know that this person has submitted several of my Naruto wallpapers on Anime Wallpapers. Actually, that peron has submitted several wallpapers that artist here on The O have done. I recognized a few that Kitabug had done. I would like to find a way to contact this person and ask them to give me credit for the wallpapers. I don't mind if someone else submits my wallpapers as long as they give me credit. When I read the comments that the person put on my wallpapers, nothing was mentioned about someone else making the wallpaper. Anyway, I'm not familiar with Anime Wallpaper so I'm not sure how to go about fixing this situation. If you have any advice, please pm me. I'd really, really appreciate it.
Oh yeah, Otaku turning into photobucket is a very very bad idea. About the art thief, I think you should tell Adam about it. Get enough evidence, then you can report it to him. ^^
Well, I think the Version Vibrant relaunch affected the moderators too, cause submission quality has gone way down from what it used to be held to, that's just my observations anyway.
