From what I've learned, memes are basically like a question and answer quiz. The fun part about them is seeing what your result is! Usually, in memes, there are different categories; like in this meme the categories are Pride, Gluttony, Wrath, etc. And then there are statements underneath that category. You put an "X" beside the statement if you've done what the statement is saying. For example, in the category 'Gluttony,' I put an X beside the statement "You often say 'I'm starving...'" because I actually do often say that I'm starving! Finally, the category that has the most statements with Xs beside them is your result! Since there was a lot of x-ed statements under the category, Wrath, that would be my result!
