Meh, I don't really pay attention to Facebook politics. I only have one for close friends, aquaintences, and family. So that's something around 30+/- even though I haven't really paid attention to the count. I'm just saying don't get tied up in numbers ;)
I totally get what you mean. ^^ But my friends on facebook amount = less than 60. That's because I only add people who I don't mind showing my real personality to, see at school every day, and who I've known for a long time. And every month, I have a "friend cleaning" to remove anyone who I've become distant to, or their personality changed and now act like snobs or something. That's why I was surprised that no one remembered! xD

None of my friends know mine lol, a lot of people that I always thought would be there for me, turns out they really aren't my friends. I do have friends, but just ones that I think that care. That's what friendship is, not the number of people you have, or where their geographic location resides, and how long distance, but how much they care and are willing to listen to you no matter what. So on that note, I think you have a lot of friends that care, and not just for birthdays :P hope it was awesome!
