Not sure if you still need recs, but a few shoujo-ish titles I'm reading:
- Seiyuu-ka! <-- Voice Acting, some Gender Bender (F to M), Romance
- AKB49 - Renai Kinshi Jourei <-- Gender Bender (M to F), Idols, Romance
- Film Girl (Takagi Shigeyoshi) <-- Modeling, shoujo, romance
- Gakkou Hotel (Morie Satoshi - ^ Takagi's twin :3c ) <-- School, shoujo, romance
- Hana ni Arashi <-- Romance, some comedy, some action
- Pinocchio <-- Manhwa, Friendly ghost bishie, comedy, shoujo, Romance-ish moments

I'm not a big fan of most popular Shoujo titles, so maybe I'll actually have something you haven't seen! xD

Skip Beat's mangaka did a few less PG titles that I loved.. But haha, I'm guessing you might not like stuff like gore, violence, BL and/or horror as well so I won't suggest anything with that xD. Then again, 1/2 Prince isn't all that bloodless... Hm.

- Superior (Ichtys) <-- Action, Demons, Romance, Fantasy, Comedy - I think 1/2 Prince fans would enjoy. :D
- Legend of the Sun Knight <-- Yu Wo wrote this too~ Art's a bit odd, but still funny, and then b'aww moments. ..No (hetero) romance early in the plot though. ^^;

Hhmm...I would recommend Ranma 1/2. It is a definite gender bender that is absolutely funny. It also has a little romance, the only down side to me is that it can get a little confusing. I accidently discovered it when I was shopping and found a copy and I must say for something that isn't in my genre I really do like it ;) Hope this helps.

Barajou No kiss might be something you'd like. It's the same author as Stray love hearts and I know you like that manga. :3
I also recently read Chocolate Cosmos. I think it's really sweet as well.
Code Breaker is pretty popular too, though it's more actiony with some romance.
Arisa is a pretty interesting manga. I really like it :D
Boku no hatsukoi wo kimi ni sasagu I'm not sure about this one. It's a lovely romance but the artwork takes some time to get used to.

Er, I read a lot of BL from time to time, so I don't think I can help that much...but I think you'll like Switch Girl, it's a pretty funny comedy manga that I happen to like. ^^ Kimi to Boku is another good one, I'm going to read the manga since the anime ended a while back. Usagi Drop is another manga I think you should check out, too~

If you like shoujo, one manga I could recommend is Ceres Celestial Legend. Of course it's kinda old so you might have a hard time finding it. Just throwing it out there anyway though.

Also, you can't go wrong with the manga version of Sailor Moon. It's got romance, it's got comedy, and there is a tiny bit of gender bending towards the end. Although those volumes haven't been rereleased yet.
