Yup, that's indeed Hana ni Arashi :) It's an interesting way to keep you occupied, try to guess all the manga XD (and yes, I've read all of the ones featured here)
Took me a while to see the glasses guy in a ball gown, but I've finally spotted him (my eyes hurt from staring at my self-made background, lol): he's Souichi Tatsumi from Koisuru Boukun XD (manga page) And it's a good manga! *approves by double thumbing up*

*stares around* I recognise Hana ni Arashi... and something Saika Kunieda-like. And nothing else. Though, sadly, the glasses dude in a freakin' ball gown looks familiar to me... just what kind of manga do I read I forgot for a while that I had an otaku account oh ho ho ho!
