Uhm...I start off with a stick figure in the pose I want, then I draw the outline of the body then draw in the details like clothes and faces and stuff.

Maybe I'll make a tutorial one day lol

Oh, I sketched them out w/ a mouse when I did MS Paint pics, but for the most part I scanned the sketches. That's because I don't have very good control with a mouse. xD;;

It's coming along great! You're a mouse-user, right? :D I'm amazed that you actually sketch on the computer; I always scanned my sketches, then went over them on gimp.
