you should check out cosplaywigsusa.com, i know it sounds iffy, but they have lolita wigs. they have two toned wigs like yours as well as sold colors.

that looks super nice! i like it without the clip-on ponytails but that may be just because i'm not big of ott sweet stuff. it looks good both ways though, you can pull a wig like that off well
