Welll Boys Before/Over Flowers is pretteeehhh good. Wonderful directing, really adorable...actually, I think you'd definitely like it considering the manga you like, and this WAS a manga.

Dramas hrmmmm! I haven't seen any type of drama, though I know Korean dramas have always kind of been popular. If you see any really good ones, you'll have to review it and lemme know~
Shoujo is a very hard genre to work with as far as making it interesting. There's so many different types of shoujo out there, writing something fresh is tricky. But I am more than sure your story will sha-mazing~ I think as long as you have fun with it, others will have fun with it too c:
